Objective

  • Preparing annual Recurrent estimate.
  • Implementation and monitoring of budgeted provision to division.
  • Working as paying & collecting center for RDHS office.
  • Ensure the implementation FR and other financial related procedures in PFM process.
  • Ensure the implementation of procurement Guide line when procurement of Goods & service and works.
  • Timely Financial Reporting to the PDHS and DG, Chief secretary and relevant internal and external clients-ministries.
  • Monitoring and evaluation of Financial management Reports.
  • Ensure the functional unit of department of motor traffic & Pensions. 

Main function Of the Financial Management unit

  1. Payment of Salary and extra duty and Claim to the Staff.
  2. Utility Payments ( CEB, Water board , SLT).
  3. Contractual Payments.
    Cleaning , security service.
    Diet Payments.
    Laundry Payments.
    Other Payments to outside supplier as per procurements.
  4. Asset Management /store Management.
  5. Store Management.
  6. Receipt vouchers.
  7. Procurement & post contractual Management.
  8. Financial Reporting & Monitoring.
