  • Preparing annual Recurrent estimate.<\/span><\/strong><\/li>
  • Implementation and monitoring of budgeted provision to division.<\/span><\/strong><\/li>
  • Working as paying & collecting center for RDHS office.<\/span><\/strong><\/li>
  • Ensure the implementation FR and other financial related procedures in PFM process.<\/span><\/strong><\/li>
  • Ensure the implementation of procurement Guide line when procurement of Goods & service and works.<\/span><\/strong><\/li>
  • Timely Financial Reporting to the PDHS and DG, Chief secretary and relevant internal and external clients-ministries.<\/span><\/strong><\/li>
  • Monitoring and evaluation of Financial management Reports.<\/span><\/strong><\/li>
